Driver who hit and killed a boy in florida , then tweeted a picture of the boy's body has hit out as it emerged the suspect will NOT face charges. Trevius Williams, 16, was crossing the road when he was struck by the vehicle in Jacksonville, Florida.
Police probing the killing found that the driver had sent out tweets after the crash, showing the boy's body lying in a pool of blood.
The driver also posted messages on the social network describing the incident late on Sunday evening. "I just killed a man," he said.
In a separate tweet he wrote: "Worst night of my life."
