Nigeria Youth Chamber of Commerce, a league of organized youth entrepreneurs in the nigeria with state chapters cutting across the 36 states of the federation, dedicated to eradicate unemployment , create opportunities for our youths, encourage youth enterprises, foster partnership and micro financing of projects for the empowerment of all Nigerian youths.
With the alarming rate of unemployment in the country though a general world problem, it is important to note that the only way out of this is through entrepreneurship, job creation not just on the part of the government but by all.
Most youths have carved a niche for themselves in the entrepreneurial world, though they have break even from the shackles of poverty, their business ventures still experience a kwashiorkor effects, thus the need for grants and loans to help revitalize and boast business.
In Anambra state chapter of Nigeria Youth Chamber of Commerce, lead by Arinze Omenwa CEO Arisoft ict Ltd, a serial ict entrepreneur and consultant, the state chapter unifies all youths entrepreneurs in the Anambra, with strategic work plans and a well structured executives of entrepreneurs set in motion to Eradicate unemployment in the state within the next few years, through job creation, entrepreneurial educations and mentorship, setting up of Students Entrepreneurship Development Network (Sed-Net) in all the secondary and tertiary schools in the state, with the theme catch them young and other projects clearly stated in the work plan.
The Chamber which is already in partnership with many agencies in the state such as National orientation agency , Industrial Trust Fund, Central Bank of Nigeria, Ministry of Education, Bank of Agriculture, Bank of Industry, Ministry of Agriculture , Anambra state Government etc will help to facilitate soft loans and other partnership MoU's for our youths.
All is now set to unlock the potentials of Anambra youths and eradicate unemployment, open windows of opportunities for them, though the state government is doing its best for the youths , the NYCC is a driving force to achieve the millennium goals .
