In an speech presented to Ladies of Virtues Summit at Royal hotel , Enugu , Comrade Frank Maduka , Anambra state Chairman National youth council of Nigeria , encourages the Ladies of Virtue to be very instrumental to the nations building , stating the importance of ladies in our society and their impact, thus as his speech climaxed he became very hot and radical thus frowning at the way ladies go into social vices and dehumanizing acts that debase womanhood, hear him
I thank you for being unique and spectacular and pray u stay the course. In southeast today, one of the major problems we have is steady and rapid increase in prostitution. Infact the way its going,we may have to legalize it if we cant checkmate it. The worst is that we are beginning to confuse legitimate businesses and prostitution. Some of our young ladies don't even know when they have become prostitutes because inline with Nigeria way of rebranding, these days its called Runs. He also frowned at the rampant pageantry contest on the rise in the country today , says its a scam and is never in anyway a legitimate means of empowering the ladies , rather a mini human trafficking and abuse because these contestants are give exorbitant tickets to sell as high as #250000 and more within few months.
In his closing remark he lauded the wife of the Anambra state Governor Mrs Eberechukwu Obiano on her gains strides in the empowerment of our ladies and reorientation,
Ladies of virtue, you have an enormous assignment, one that is sacrosanct because the future and dignity of womanhood depends on it,in Anambra today,on the directive of my state government and in partnership with office of our first lady,Mrs Obiano Osodieme, the youth council will be launching a programme called WAPP ,WAR AGAINST PROMISCUITY AND PROSTITUTION With WAPP we hope to remind the ladies of the need to stand up to themselves,it is my hope that all of you here being true ambassadors of virtue and womanhood would also join where ever in crucifying immorality if not for Christ sake for the safety and decency of our society
